New Character Sheets

Updated and changed a few rules in the one page rules, and added and updated several character templates.

Currently working on Hazard rules, called DEFCON.

The DEFCON system, is pretty basic in general. Essentially its a saving throw, and damage system for Radiation, Toxins and Diseases, and will be roughed out by this weekend. It will have more advances rules for wounds, radiation, disease and poisons. As well as some basic rules for medicine and healing.
